# OI Academy 2.0: What the Participants Learned - Otto International

At the final set of workshops at last year’s OI Academy programme, the participants presented their refined ideas to our DO School facilitators, and senior management in Otto International and the Otto Group. By the initiative of last year’s participants, these ideas are now beginning to implemented, attempting to tackle [the challenge](https://ottoint.com/oi-academy-2-0-the-facilitators-and-highlights-from-the-second-workshop-17849/index.html) from multiple different angles.
