# Otto International to Integrate ORYX Bangladesh’s Business Operations, Extending Sourcing Services to French Customers

Otto International will integrate the business operations of [ORYX Bangladesh](https://oryxbd.com/), a long-established sourcing, compliance, technical auditing agency based in Dhaka.
Founded in 1993, ORYX Bangladesh brings more than 30 years of experience operating in Bangladesh, with established expertise across apparel, home textiles, ceramics and footwear.
Through this transaction, Otto International strengthens its sourcing capabilities while providing unique access to customers based in the French market, adding a distinct dimension to Otto International’s sourcing network.
Together, the businesses will provide comprehensive sourcing services and actionable intelligence across materials, products, and manufacturing techniques. This will be underpinned by a shared commitment to transparency and close cooperation, alongside solution-oriented support in quality, compliance, and ESG.
To support continuity for customers and suppliers, Corinne Dogra, Managing Director of ORYX Bangladesh, will work closely with Otto International in a consulting capacity, overseeing the transition to ensure a smooth and successful handover. Corinne will work with Aurélie Rob, newly appointed as Head of Merchandising for the ORYX Bangladesh portfolio, to guide the operational integration of the business into Otto International.
Otto International looks forward to building on ORYX Bangladesh’s strong foundations and creating new opportunities through the strengths of both businesses.
