Otto International is seeking out an experienced Global Technical Product Development & Digital Innovation Lead to join our Bonprix Team.
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for managing and leading different teams in respective regions and guide them according to directions and visions of the brand Bon Prix. You will also drive our standard for excellence in quality management and be a force for change in our collaborative and engaging work environment.
How will you make a difference?
- Securing overall control of technical product development in various product ranges.
- Implementation of digital product development process as a part of the transformation project.
- Act as an effective change manager to achieve common goals, to improve people capabilities and abilities in terms of transformation of digital product development tools
- Design and implement a structure for big collections by keeping customer’s expectations and satisfaction first.
- Collaborate and interact closely with creative product management and the international sourcing offices. Always keep the focus on ensuring the best in overall process, including price, consumptions, lead time and on time.
- Responsible to lead and guide a team of technicians from different parts of the world.
- Manage workload balance, make suggestions for succession planning
- Assess performances of each team member on a regular basis and make recommendations for changes or individual development actions.
- Grow team members and initiate the change process in systems together with them.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 10 years of professional work experience in an operational supply chain area preferably in quality management. Experience in the field of digital supply chain is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of Team management experience preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven success in implementation of change initiatives.
- Experience with working high volume of styles
- Strong Project Management methodology knowledge
- Strong communication skills and analytical aptitude
- Entrepreneurial attitude and strong collaboration skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and German language is plus
