Otto International is actively seeking an experienced HRIS Lead with expertise in Workday to provide crucial support to the Global HR team during the HRIS transformation. This is a global role that entails close collaboration with the Finance and IT teams to enhance and maintain the Workday system, facilitate application, business process improvements and configuration, troubleshoot issues, and develop reports that support enterprise business processes and operations.

 

How will you make a difference?

  • Manage various HRIS transformation initiatives, including the design and implementation of Workday modules, optimisation of HR processes.
  • Understand business partners’ needs and functional requirements, provide practical solutions for system enhancement.
  • Act as an internal consultant to understand business needs/processes, and support daily system operations of Workday.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT teams and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of continuous system enhancement.
  • Continuously evaluate system business process and enhance employee experience across all regions.
  • Implement and test the configuration changes and support operation of Workday in collaboration with HR users.
  • Provide support on end user enquiries.

 

Who we are looking for?

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in HRIS such as Workday system would be an advantage.
  • Possess collaborative and outgoing personality, willing to liaise with business partners and external parties.
  • Proven track record as a HRIS BA for successful system implementation under complex enterprise environment is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and a good problem-solving mindset are required in this role to provide relevant suggestions and recommendations to the team.
  • Analytical-minded, with strong problem-solving skills, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Fluent Proficiency in English.
