Otto International is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Partner to join our Bangladesh team. You will be responsible for the daily human resources processes, as well as administrative support for the HR operations, trainings and ad hoc projects for assurance of efficient HR services
How will you make a difference?
- Work with the team closely in driving the key HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, on and off boarding arrangement, performance management
- Well versed in talent management
- Prepare and conduct inhouse trainings online and offline
- Manage the data required in various HR systems and tools to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports related to staff turnover and HR Operations efficiency for the organization
- Support the team in driving and rolling out of HR initiatives or programs
- Assist the team in maintaining and executing the personnel policies & procedures that are established and updated periodically
- Support in expat management
- Assist and participate in ad hoc HR projects and task
Who we are looking for?
- Degree holder in HRM or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience in full spectrum of human resources functions in MNCs
- Be experienced in local labour laws, regulations and legislations
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation, trainings & benefits administration
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office applications
- “Workday” experience preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Bangla
- Self-initiated, organised, meticulous and with strong numerical sense
- Energetic, flexible team player and people & service oriented
