Otto International is seeking out an experienced, passionate, and diligent HRIS Digital Solutions Lead to join our Global HRIS Team. In this exciting position, you will embrace the diversity of thoughts, develop and maintain global Enterprise resource planning applications by utilising the underlying technical platform, innovation and redefining the process towards automation and digitalisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Global HRIS team and ensure quality and timely delivery of different projects. You will be a force for change in our collaborative and engaging work environment.

How will you make a difference?

  • Drive business process changes 
  • Understand business partner’s needs and requirements 
  • Analyse user requirements and propose corresponding solutions to address their needs 
  • Be the liaison between internal HR users and Workday vendor to deliver application system as according to both functional and system design specification. 
  • Conduct UAT testing and provide training to employees on the use of HRIS system. 
  • Provide support on end user enquiries 
  • Provide support on daily system operation for internal HR users 
  • Monitor system performance, tracking system logs 
  • Monitor system integration jobs 
  • Prepare system requirements and specification documentation 
  • Prepare test scenario; test cases and conduct system integration test 
  • Prepare system menu as well as training material for user 
  • Perform quality assurance checks and identify potential risks on system configuration and workflow 
  • Support the configuration and operation of the company’s HR systems -Workday in collaboration with HR end users 

Who are we looking for?

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems or Computer Science 
  • 3 – 6 years of relevant experience (more senior professionals can also be considered for a senior position) 
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Lumesse system would be an advantage 
  • Possess an outgoing personality and willing to liaise with business partners and external parties 
  • Proven track record as a HRIS BA for successful system implementation under complex enterprise environment is an advantage 
  • Excellent communication skills and a good problem-solving mindset are required in this role to provide relevant suggestions and recommendations to the team. 
  • Analytical, excellent problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure 
  • Fluent Proficiency in English
