Otto International is seeking out a System Support Officer based in our Bangladesh Office. In this position, you will play a key role to help and support users with your skilled expertise to troubleshoot, maintain and fix a wide range of digital and hardware issues. You will
How will you make a difference?
- Provide support to all users via the different channels available
- Provide a swift resolution to technical issues
- Educate users about digital solutions, self-learning and tools available, while independently keeping your own technical knowledge up-to-date.
- Supporting hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Provide basic support in IT training and software knowledge (primarily Office 365) to users
- Maintain the computer systems
- Assist on local or regional IT project deployment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What we are looking for
- minimum of 1 year working experience in system maintenance and technical support required
- Degree holder/High Diploma in I.T. or relevant disciplines
- Strong aptitude for acquiring skills in digital technologies and has an eagerness to learn
- Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
- Strong people skills and a good problem solver
- Able to maintain composure and stay user-focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
- Fluent command of spoken and written English
