Otto International is seeking out an experienced and specialised in Lingerie Quality Controller to join our Bangladesh, Dhaka team. In this exciting position, you will drive our standard for excellence in all Quality Control functions and Operations. You will be a force for change in our collaborative and engaging work environment.
The individual must have experience in Lingerie in purpose of inspection process to certify that all of the lingerie under production have been thoroughly inspected and tested.
How will you make a difference?

- Performing Line Reviews, In-Line and Final Inspections
- Work closely with factories to update production process
- Inspect sample quality and production quality
- Control sample checking procedure
- Visit factories and suppliers on a regular basis
- Support the company to ensure that the anti-corruption policy is followed
- Ensure product quality and that the delivery is on time to reach company’s targets
Who are we looking for?
- Familiar with AQL4.0/2.5 sampling standard
- >5 years’ experience in inspection and lingerie quality follow-up
- Good textile knowledge and familiar with textile production
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner
- Team player
