Otto International is seeking for HR Lead to work in conjunction with global HR functions to secure local HR operations, including HR routines and policies, organizational design, compensation & benefits, talent management, talent acquisition and learning & development. To be responsible for all human resources processes, as well as the ad hoc projects for assurance of efficient HR services. To strive for Operational Excellence in performing role responsibilities.

How will you make a difference

  • Serve as an effective Business Partner with the business teams and/or organization
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders in driving key HR operations, including talent management & acquisition, compensation and benefits, internal relations
  • Support and advise managers on company HR-related policies, procedures and programs
  • Support managers on the company’s disciplinary and grievance, as well as performance management process, to promote fairness, consistency and employee engagement
  • Coordinate with the managers to identify capability gaps (current and future) and work towards bridging these gaps, for instance, through performance management, staff development and strategic recruitment
  • Proactively drive and manage employee relations within the assigned business teams and/or organisation
  • Be responsible for the whole talent acquisition life cycle including proactively source potential candidates and/or build candidate pools
  • Take the lead to drive HR initiatives or programs
  • Collaborate with different functions to analyse training needs and organise trainings
  • Perform other assigned tasks
  • Assist ad-hoc HR projects and tasks

Who are we looking for

  • Professional education in Business Management and/or Human Resources Management
  • 6 -7 years’ working experience as an HR generalist/business partner managing large and multiple teams
  • Experience in setting and implementing strategies and/or projects
  • Experience working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment (matrix organisation of advantage)
  • Experience in change management is an advantage
  • Knowledge of global best practices in HR, local laws and regulations, knowledge of labour laws
  • Clear communication skills, including written and verbal skills, and impactful presentation skills to reach to diverse receivers internally and externally
  • Good organisational, analytical, coaching skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
