These are some questions we have been answering through weekly webcasts and webinars.
Working from home doesn’t have to mean that learning & development has to be put on hold. We converted our regular live training to virtual training.
Each week, OI colleagues are able to tune in to webcasts focusing on how to work from home and make use of digital tools to stay connected.
For example, this week we provided a follow up to our effective feedback workshop in the form of a webinar. Within this quick 30 minute session, we provided a recap of the topic while using virtual games. Afterwards, the participants used the Q&A section to share their feedback experiences.
