For a long time, it was believed that we needed to be successful in order to be happy, but what if it was the other way around: what if being happier actually gives you a better chance at achieving your goals?
Over the next 21 days, participating employees will train their minds to be happier in the OI Happiness Challenge. They will take part in a series of quick activities that will make them appreciate the little things in their everyday lives. This will include journaling positive experiences and things employees are grateful for, as well as joining guided online meditation sessions.
Noticing the positives in life can help one to increase their level of engagement and motivation at work. It can also can help them to improve their whole outlook on life itself. We offer these opportunities to our employees because We Care about their wellbeing.
The Happiness Challenge will be run by our Learning and Development Team member Anna Hoffmann. She will be assisted by Lennard Kressin, a colleague from Limango. Limango frequently runs the challenge and teams there have successfully completed it.
