This week is Heidi Stevens’ first as OI’s new CEO.

On her second day at the office, in the middle of her orientation, she took the time to introduce herself in a company-wide live stream. In it she gave insight into her background and ideals as a leader, shared some interesting facts about herself, and discussed her interests, passions and hobbies.

When asked about her first impressions of OI, she commented on the strength of our company culture.
